By providing your mobile phone number to RigRelay Technologies LLC (“RigRelay”) and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from RigRelay related to your account and your dealership’s services.

• Quote responses and pricing notifications
• Service appointment confirmations and reminders

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and account type. You will only receive messages related to transactions and accounts you are associated with.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RigRelay does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages. To resume messages, reply START or contact us directly.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
